The Global Talent Detailed Assessment is for individuals exploring the UK Global Talent visa who want an honest, evidence-based view of where their profile stands before committing to a full endorsement application. This is not an application service. It is a structured pre-application review of your CV, achievements and supporting evidence against the criteria of the relevant endorsing body - whether your field sits within academia and research, digital technology, or arts and culture. You submit your materials in advance for review, attend a one-to-one consultation to discuss findings, and receive a written GO / NO GO letter covering: -Whether your current profile is likely to meet the threshold for Exceptional Talent or Exceptional Promise -The strongest elements of your evidence and how to position them -The gaps an endorsing panel is likely to flag, and how to close them -A clear recommendation on whether to proceed now, strengthen your profile first, or consider an alternative immigration route The assessment is carried out by Burcu Koroglu, an IAA-regulated immigration adviser and former UKVI officer, with direct experience of how visa decisions are made. We also have team members who hold Global Talent Visa themselves and who went through the application process that might be in your meeting additionally as well.
