Global Business Mobility (GBM)
The Global Business Mobility Visa is designed for overseas businesses that need to establish a presence in the UK or transfer staff for specific business purposes. This route includes several categories, such as Senior or Specialist Worker, Graduate Trainee, UK Expansion Worker, Service Supplier, and Secondment Worker. Each category has its own eligibility requirements based on the nature of the assignment and the applicant’s role within the company. Applicants must have a valid Certificate of Sponsorship from a licensed sponsor and meet skill and salary requirements.
