ABOUT POINT B LEGAL

Point B Legal is a regulated UK immigration law firm based in London, providing clear, practical legal support to clients across a range of personal and business immigration matters. We serve both English and Turkish-speaking clients and pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity, and efficient client service, making legal processes accessible and understandable.

We are a growing practice with a supportive, inclusive working environment. We encourage continuous learning and development, and offer genuine opportunities to grow with the firm.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Legal Administrative and Executive Team Assistant to support our Managing Director and the wider team. This is a hybrid role combining office-based work at Pall Mall, London with work-from-home arrangements.

This role suits someone who is used to a legal office environment, ideally with knowledge of UK immigration law and procedures, and who works confidently with minimal supervision. You will need to be hands-on, take initiative, and anticipate what the team needs before being asked.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing administrative, clerical, and executive support to the Managing Director and senior staff

• Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence in both English and Turkish

• Preparing, drafting, and sending professional emails on behalf of the firm

• Assisting with legal drafting work, including cover letters, client correspondence, and supporting documents under supervision

• Communicating with the Home Office and handling related correspondence and follow-ups

• Booking and managing appointments through TLS Contact and VFS Global systems

• Handling incoming client enquiries professionally, including Turkish-speaking clients

• Organising client files and legal documents, including preparation of application bundles and supporting documentation

• Managing the firm's inbox and calendars, including diary management and coordinating meetings and consultations

• Assisting with data entry, document formatting, and filing across our case management and office systems

• Running the office day to day and keeping everything on track, from supplies and systems to deadlines and follow-ups

• Maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks at all times

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong administrative and clerical skills, with the ability to manage documents, schedules, and office workflows efficiently

• Executive assistant experience supporting senior staff with diary management, meeting coordination, and task prioritisation

• Knowledge of UK immigration law, visa routes, and Home Office processes is highly desirable; experience in a law firm or legal setting is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with TLS Contact and VFS Global systems, including booking and managing biometric appointments

• Experience communicating with the Home Office and handling official correspondence

• Experience assisting with legal drafting and preparing professional correspondence

• A highly professional attitude with excellent phone etiquette and written and spoken communication skills

• Professional proficiency in both Turkish and English

• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

• A self-starter who takes initiative, works hands-on, and is comfortable operating without close supervision

• Good IT skills, including office productivity software (Word, Excel, email) and document or case management systems

• Discretion with client information, case details, and firm matters is non-negotiable and must be second nature

• A relevant administrative or legal qualification is an advantage

WHAT WE OFFER

• A hybrid working arrangement combining our Pall Mall office with home working

• A part-time role expected to transition into a full-time position over time

• The opportunity to build a long-term career and become an integral part of a growing, ambitious firm

• Exposure to a wide range of UK immigration casework and continuous learning and development

If you are keen to grow with us and play a central role in the future of the firm, we would love to hear from you.
