Cancellation Policy

By booking and paying for a consultation with Point B Legal, you accept the following terms. Cancellations and rescheduling: -More than 48 hours before your consultation, full refund or one free reschedule. -Between 24 and 48 hours before, 50% refund or one reschedule subject to availability. -Less than 24 hours before, or non-attendance, the consultation fee is non-refundable. -Priority consultations are non-refundable, no matter when cancelled. Statutory cooling-off period: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to cancel without giving a reason. If your consultation is scheduled to take place within this 14-day period, by booking you are expressly requesting the service to begin during the cooling-off period and acknowledge that once the consultation has been provided in full, your right to cancel is lost. If you cancel after the consultation has begun but before completion, a proportionate fee for the service provided may be retained. Refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
