Service Description

The Quick Question Session is a 20-minute online video meeting for clients who have a single, focused immigration question and want a direct verbal answer from a regulated adviser for clarity. No written advice letter is provided after the meeting unlike other options. This format suits situations such as: A specific eligibility check - for example, whether you meet the a requirement for applications. A short status clarification - for example, the effect of a change in circumstances on an existing application A one-off follow-up question after a previous advice session A scoping conversation to decide whether a fuller advice session is needed A question while filling a form or writing a cover letter This format is not suitable for matters that require a document review, a comparison of multiple routes, written advice for your records, or any application, appeal or compliance work. If your question turns out to need more than 20 minutes, I will tell you so during the meeting and we will arrange a full advice session. The session is carried out by Burcu Koroglu, an IAA-regulated immigration adviser and former UKVI officer. Session Terms and Conditions: This service is non-refundable and solely for 1 participant and does not include a written letter, includes a maximum 20 min phone call or video call depending on your preference.
